Hi. Go to settings , my account. Below your pic you may see camera icon click on it and use any picture you want. If you want avatar then on top of your map you can see your profile pic, tap on it, that will show your profile, level and inventory. Click on the pic and change to avatar.

Hello. Did you purchase anything like boosters/ lives/goldbars. If yes you won't have ads anymore. King likes to make more money. So obviously king wants you to spend money. If you've not purchased anything then you may have to wait. Hopefully it will be back in your game.
