When I got on my phone top play it ask me to cconnect to Facebook so I did (already was so I'm not sure why it ask me to). After doing so all my boosters are gone. It's giving me tips like this is the first time I've played. This is 2 times it's happened. Please fix

Boosters lost!!!!
Please help, I just bought a new phone (which I'm not playing the game on but I did connect it. When I get on my old phone I find all my boosters are gone. Can someone please help me????
