Additional charges applied wrongfully
Hello On July 13 I charged 6.99 to open my piggy bank on Candy Crush Soda and was charged an additional 3.99 AND an additional 6.99 for a total wrongful charge of 10.98 US dollars. I did not make those secondary charges. Please credit them to my credit card. My profile name is jmun. Please confirm. Thank you Jennifer
Sending lives
Why has the game stopped sending the user a life now and again? I used to get a life sent to me from other users and now I can’t. I also can’t request any from my Facebook friends any longer.
