I’ve tried to sign in using my screen name and email but it’s saying that those are currently being used by another player. I used this same email and screen name to sign into the community. Any ideas??

I’ve tried to register for new games and contests and to receive my level 1000 badge but when I put in my email and my user name it says that it’s unavailable and being used by another player. I used this same email and user name to sign into the community so I don’t understand. Any ideas???
