Hi @steventseng how is your progress? I stuck at level 45 very long time and my coins keep reducing. Now I'm at level 46. I stop using boosters as I realised we can't buy it using coins.

Your screenshot contains your email, it's done in the way that to protect your information. Regarding your problems, you can open a new thread in the support section here:
I just opened mine for not receiving my pre-register rewards. You can contact the game support team by email to them also.

- Open the game app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap the ? icon and choose the topic of your issue
- Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us
After you click it, you will need to fill a simple form. After that, check your email that you filled in the form, if it's a automatic email please reply again your problem. Then, you should receive reply from the game support team.π
