I signed in to my king account on my tab and my phone. My phone was somewhere in level 35 but I just started in my tab. After signing in, my progress in my phone has completely reset. How do I fix this?

My game ID is 7374019394.
The ID is same across both devices.
And, I'm not too sure on exactly which level I was on, but it was definitely somewhere around level 35-40.

Go to settings from the device your progress is missing from and get your id:
Can you also check if the id is the same on both devices? 🧐 And the level you are supposed to be on is 35 correct?
I can confirm that the same King account was used in both devices. My phone was already logged into my king account, whereas I just downloaded the game in my tablet and signed in, and played till level 5. After this, the progress in my phone reset.

Just to clarify:
Before signing into your tablet, was your phone already connected to a King account, or were you playing without an account? Did you use the same King account to sign in on both your phone and tablet, or did you create a new account on the tablet? After signing in, is your tablet also showing Level 1, or did both devices sync to the same progress? Have you tried logging out and back into your King account on your phone to see if your Level 35 progress returns?
It’s unusual for progress to reset after signing in, normally, your highest progress should sync across devices.
Let’s check if the game is linked to the correct account or if there was an accidental overwrite.
