Wasted labor

Hello, I'm Serdar. I was above level 950 in the game. Since the chocolate hunt event didn't appear for me, I deleted the game and reinstalled it, but unfortunately I didn't connect it to my king account. (I opened a king account after it was too late) Now, are all my efforts in vain? Please help me recover my account.

Today I entered the game to start over. When I logged into my King account, all my levels came back. I don't know if it was you, but thank you very much. I'm finally back

Weekly Prize Win Not Received
I won the weekly prize yesterday but did not receive the rewards. This had been happening in the past but was resolved. I'm currently on level 2690 and will attach screen shot of game version etc.
