Hello, I installed this game and got to level 500, but then I deleted the game. Now I reinstalled it, but my level started again from the beginning, even though I had logged in with my account.
Hi and welcome to the Solitaire community. Sorry this has happened to you, but we have seem this before. As long as you were logged into your game and it was being saved, you will be good.
So lets get this fixed so you are on your way to having fun.
Play Level 1. Log out of your device and turn it off. Let it set about 10 seconds.
Turn your device back on and log in with your email and password. You should be on you level. If not do the same thing again. Sometimes it does take 2 times to get you back.
