It is good to be active in the team and have the event 😍
(I never had this event on my phone, however when I bought a tablet last week, I was able to get it and eventually joined your team. Then the feature/event was gone again)
After so many glitches recently, I uninstalling the app on my new tablet and re-installed it yet again, this brought the feature/event back and this is where I have been playing from.
It has been quite a ride. There are definitely technical issues afoot, and I hope all will be sorted soon.

Hi! When the team mission reaches 100, 200, 400, you can still claim the team reward even if you haven't played a level.
However, if the "Bubble gum Buddies" feature disappears, you cannot enter the team mission and cannot claim the reward.

Subject: Feedback and Request to Opt Out of Coronation Challenges
Dear Support Team,
I would like to share some feedback and ask for assistance regarding the "Coronation Challenges" in the game.
First of all, I would really appreciate the option to opt out of these challenges. I find them absolutely meaningless and frustrating. The same levels are repeated over and over, and I’ve noticed the algorithms don’t seem to work fairly. On top of that, points for collecting cards are not accumulated, making the whole event feel like a waste of time and coins. Every 25 normal levels, this challenge appears again, and I simply don’t want to participate in it.
Please give us the choice to skip it or at least allow us to collect cards during these levels, just like in the regular ones.
Also, I experienced a bug with the Piggy Bank – it was supposed to close after 15 levels, but it remained active for an entire week without updating properly.
Lastly, a suggestion about the bonus fish: asking for 10,000 coins for one fish is already a lot, but if that fish is already in my deck, I only get a small amount of coins back (just a bit over 100). Please consider adding unused fish to the bonus bank instead – they’re not that easy to earn in the first place, and it would make the game feel more rewarding and fair.

Regarding the image of your energy, I see that you have completed all of the current levels and you are now playing the Star Tournament. Once more levels come out, you will then be able to use your energy. As of this time, Postcard 28, is the last postcard available.
If you do not like to play the Start Tournament, which is an automatic once you at the end of levels, you can just wait for new levels and still collect you daily rewards and gold every 4 hours.
I will pass your comments and suggestions to our CM regarding the Piggy Bank. I myself, have not had it in awhile, so I cannot give you any advice regarding this. But we sure can find if something is not working correctly.
Again, we do appreciate your thoughts and suggestions regarding our wonderful Candy Crush Solitaire and congratulations on completing all of the levels. You are a Star when it comes to Solitaire 🤩

Note on Team Info says a team member has unlocked the Season Pass and left a reward for me. How do I get this reward? I have hit every button/icon and nothing happens. Thanks! Suzi
