Hi @johamilton @Diamond_Lim catching up on posts, after a lovely day away 🤗
I was awoken this morning very early. I checked into my game (being Monday, new levels, etc)
At this time all I saw was the "New Season" pass and the "Friendship Deck" available, I bought the Season Pass and then the new deck became locked ( ie. disappeared)
Having had similar issues in the past I am hoping these pieces will be available before the end of this month.
When I next checked in, I was delighted to see our "Bubblegum Buddies" team event, and played. This disappeared before the event finished last time for me.
I have returned home and played all my new levels and am very pleased to see I still have the team event and also players who previously had problems progressing, this is very positive indeed as regards stability with features in game.
My tablet, interestingly (left at home) did not have the team event, and consequently have not played any levels from this device for fear of loosing the team event on my phone.
As regards a "Bubblegum Deck", coin requests, and any updates I have had none for this game for a little while now. I keep checking. I am not going to re-install in case I lose the team event.
There could be a test thing/conflict thing with the release of 2 new decks maybe, tech wise?! 🤦🤷♀️I have no idea as I am not a tech person, I just know there is tech issues/glitches. Why would I have a Deck unlocked, the on the next hand taken away (this is the most current, before there have been numerous disappearances of events (completed) and rewards)

Hi Traci, all I have is the BubbleGum event, which I have played. I do not have all of the new deck and being able to help out other team players. I keep checking for updates, but it is not there as of yet.
Anytime you have problems, the best way to help the team out is by images or a video. That way they can try to track it down as to what is happening. Sometimes they can not duplicate the problems, therefore we receive no help. I have turned in the images that I have seen by other players and hopefully with those they can get figure some of the problems like the disappearing act.

Well! I did updating the latest version of this game : 1.6.110 available in Google Play Store on few days ago due to early access. So I think we can start updating the latest version of this game available so early in App Store (Some of Apple [iPhone and iPad] Devices) and also Google Play Store (Some of Android Devices only) are earlier than All of Mobile Devices. It's due to early access and also testing the next new update of this game! 😅😅😅
Waiting for the next new update of this game doesn't still have any major problems for some of players on few days later, the next new update of this game can starts available for you and all of the players soon. Then you can seeing Bubblegum Buddies' Card Deck has been added into the Card Deck List, also seeing "Request" button has been added and also these designs have been changed and made better and easier to see into the Team Activity soon! 😉

I did get the screen "Bubblegum Buddies event completed" and I did receive rewards this time, whereas last time I didn't.

Yes Jo, it is a bit like "Fishing with Friends" When the final goal is achieved, ie. 400 in this case, the event will end, and this could be within a day.
I think team players should aim to play at least one level on a Monday to qualify for the rewards.
As far as the Bubblegum deck goes when we all have this feature, I can see problems. After all who doesn't want a new deck, especially if you don't have to pay!
Competition within a team could have an adverse effect, it will be so hard to compete with other members of our team for pieces, and especially given a team can be up to 30 players strong.
Even when you have a completed deck a jigsaw piece gives you 3 free plays which is nice.
Maybe those team members who will have completed deck, should they win again, their pieces go to the next team mate on the leader board, and so on. Therefore helping the whole team, and being a team.

Hi Traci, thanks for letting me know how it works. I think 30 players is alot when you do not have a chance to join in before it is over. I was surprised that it ended so fast. But being my first time to play, I had no idea. So with your thoughts, it would be better for everyone to at least have a chance to join in. Maybe even give a couple of days.
Or, they could set it up like this ~ You have 4 days and how far can you get? You have 3 different stages you can possible play. The more stages you win, the better the prizes are
Stage one ~ 400 levels
Stage two - 800 levels
Stage three - 1200 levels
You can stop at any stage, but it gives you the oppotunity for 30 players to reach higher goals and earn prizes.
Maybe there could be a new discussion on what do you think of this event and what ideas do you have to make it more fun for all. If you want to start one, that would be good. Maybe others can give ideas to the Solitaire Team. Since we are in the testing time, might be a good idea
