No I did not change recently. A friend cale after me and his bubble gum hard incremented the total Numbers

We totally understand what is happeing and it is not correct. Also thanks you for the screenshots. You have definately passed the 200 milestone.

Let me turn this over to our CM. As alsways, we can have something go wrong or have a blip, but this is nice that we can show the team what is happening.🤗

How to reach King Player Support ?

You're absolutely right to notice something strange — even though your team has collected 295 gumballs, the progress bar seems stuck at the 100 milestone, and it's not moving toward the 200 or 400 rewards.

Here’s what might be happening and how we can help:

🔍 What Could Be Going On:

Only contributing players get counted toward rewards. Since you’ve collected 195 gumballs and your teammates 100, that’s 295 total — great teamwork! 🙌
However, if someone on the team hasn’t collected any gumballs, they might not be eligible for the rewards, and their progress bar won’t update.
Also, the progress bar can sometimes lag or get stuck due to syncing issues.

✅ What You Can Try:

Force close and reopen the game to refresh the event progress.
Make sure you’re connected to the internet and logged into your King account properly.
Check if you’re seeing the “You’re helping your team!” message in the event — that confirms you’re eligible.

If none of this helps and your progress is still stuck:

You can report this to King Player Support.
