Why are the boosters checked through all the levels. They dont appear when the levels start and i cant purchase them

There were no updates. I turned off the phone but still the game was freezing and the daily gift screen is still there . I contacted support. No response yet
Hi, so sorry that happened. So the daily gift screen would not go away. Instead of uninstalling the app, just try to turn your device off and then turn it back on. Also, always check to see if there is any new updates.

I uninstalled it because i had the daily gift screen all the time without receiving any of them the game was pausing . For a couple of days cant log to team
Hi, I am sorry you are having this problem. I know it is so frustrating. Is there a reason you reinstalled the app?
Maybe your email and password is incorrect. You can always change your password and that will get you back into your game

I reinstall the game and can't login . My account is registered
For my part, this bug was resolved after the penultimate update and a reinstallation of the application on my iPhone.
I’m having the same problem. The boosters are “checked” before starting a new game, but they do not appear when the game starts. Very frustrating.
Hi and welcome to the Solitaire community. When you open open the level you will see that the boosters are checked, so please be sure you take a look at it. If you do not want to use boosters, please uncheck them🤗
