Even after the update, I have not received the reward. Two time it happened.
All the answers you guys wrote to people who didn't get the rewards just says that it will not happen again from now on (even though it happened after the update again). It sounds like you guys are not planning on compensate the lost rewards.
So answer this: Are you guys going to compensate the lost rewards that we were supposed to get for the last 2 weeks or not?
