In the last 1-2 weeks particularly I've experienced so many bugs with CCSOL and I'm beyond frustrated. These have all caused me to either lose coins, power-ups, event dice rolls/chocolate spoons etc and it's getting ridiculous. I've reached out to support to report these but not heard back, tried all the fixes of keep 2GB storage free, strong wifi connection etc. suggested in other threads, updated my game etc, but I still keep coming across issues despite doing everything 'right' and ofc I want a fix but really I want to know will I get compensation for all my lost items…?
Issues I've experienced: 1) No weekly rewards for x2 weeks (as everyone else has). 2) Flying saucer power up causes board to freeze at start of level, I can't draw from the pile or click cards on the board, unable to continue level, forced to restart game. Happened 2x losing me 10k+ coins and 2x flying saucer power ups! Very frustrating as I'm on the star tournament and coins are precious! 3) On roll around the world event, I land on the gain extra dice square, however it just… doesn't give me any extra dice? Essentially means I lost a dice roll as I got nothing in return. 4) Entering chocolate hunt event, game crashes and my chocolate hunt progress is reverted to 0!! All spoons lost, no chocolate removed, back to first board. Beyond frustrating when I was saving my spoons and counting on these rewards to continue playing. Has definitely happened once, think it might have happened twice.
Has anyone else encountered these issues? I'm losing hope I will hear back from support and I'm ready to delete this game. I've got screenshots of issues 2 and 3 that I can send. What am I supposed to do? Apologies for the rant but I'm frustrated! Thanks in advance.
