Hello. Even though my credit card has been charged for the premium ticket, it still shows as locked. Furthermore, when I try to purchase it again, it says I already have the product. Please help.

In the sticker packs it say "new stickers guaranteed in these packs" but it's not giving me any new stickers. This has happened at least twice but probably more times before I noticed.
