Didn’t get funshine bear of premium ticket reward (first week of carebear)

Hello! I purchased premium ticket on Nov.3rd and following weeks of premium ticket (total 4) of care bear season, but today I realized there should be four bears and I didn’t get the funshine bear( 1st week). Could you help me with this issue?
