Hi, I'm Roberto and I'd like to ask you some information. I have a Candy Crush Solitaire account called robyDJ. I can't claim rewards with ads, not even when completing levels, or when the last 30 minutes to collect the free coins are left. I click the button but no ads appear. Furthermore, during the levels, when I run out of cards, the button to watch a video ad to claim 3 additional free cards doesn't appear. Can you tell me why? I accidentally purchased a booster pack for €1.99, but I requested a refund and now I haven't seen the ads for over a week. Other players see them but I don't anymore. I'd like to get them back. What can I do?
