Why do we have to wait 4 hours in between games?

Can you please elaborate more on your question and if possible, send a screenshot so we can check it together?
If you're referring to the Coin Refill feature, that's a feature with a 4 hour timer on the refill and you can think of it as something similar to how lives refill works in our other games.
Once you're out of coins, you'll need to wait for them to refill so you can start the level again.

I’m at level 2988. I was forced into opting for an 8x multiplier without an option to decline. I waited out the fire event, thinking it would reset the multiplier before reaching out. I am playing level 2632 but cannot finish it because the game will not remove the chocolate on top of the remaining cards, even though I collected a card with a heart on it. This has happened 3 times.
