Lost progress

Hello

Case ref:16275772

This is sad as I'm unable to play Solitaire Grand Cup due to the loss of my progress from level three thousand, two hundred & something back to level 2026. I'm in love with the game & it makes it hard for not playing for this long! Please restore my progress as it was affected for using one account on different devices that cause me to loss my current progress.

Hi,I have played several levels and no progress has been made in the cup league. My points are still on zero.

Wait time in between games?
Why do we have to wait 4 hours in between games?
I am no longer on my team.
I was on a team called Ulrecht and it seems like I am not longer part of it 😥. Trying to join another one and keep getting "oops" message.
