Anniversary Gift Deck

I received an email celebrating the first anniversary, and it says I have a special gift deck, but the "claim" link isn't working. I'd like to know how to get this gift deck.

We are having problems with the deck. I was told to try to open and close your game a few time and it might work. I have tried it about 6 times including loging out of my game and log back in and I cannot get it to work.
