Regarding the coins that you lost ~ So your game loaded, then you taped on your level to play it, it takes your gold, then it freezes? Is that where it freezes? I cannot help you with your lost gold, but you can contact players support and let them know what is going on. Be sure you give them your King ID# and explain what when wrong and what you lost.
