Missing items from multiple events.

@johamilton Is there something you can do. I have been not receiving my rewards from the seasons pass free + premium rewards. Catch the troll numerous times. And the lucky streak challenge one time. I have been going back and forth with support. They said there records showed i got the free + premium rewards. I know i didn’t. They didn’t mention catch the troll and the lucky streak challenge. I am missing out on a lot of gold coins and boosters i need to pass these hard levels in the 4000s. I have emails and screenshots to prove it. CC: @Diamond_Lim They told me to delete and reinstall app. I am not ready to do that right now. Any suggestions.

Hi @Deal_One  deleting the game app won't be deleting the gold coins in the game. If you don't want to delete and reinstall the app, then you may collect the coins every four hours and collect the boosters from the booster wheel every day. Also, you can participate in the in-game team event and join the contest in King community.

This is what I saw from the Help center:

⭐ I didn’t receive a reward from an event (missing rewards)

Rewards can sometimes take a little time to show up. Make sure:

You completed all the event requirements

Your game is up to date

You have a stable internet connection

If you saw the reward but didn’t claim it in time, it may no longer be available.

@teeweiping I tried some of these steps already. It is still not working. I might try those other steps in the near future. @johamilton hasn’t responded back yet. Thanks for the tips. Support told me to do some of the same stuff.
