@johamilton Is there anything you can do. I am missing gold coins and boosters from three events. Support is saying i received the items and there is nothing else they can do. They provided a receipt. It doesn’t equal to what i should have got. This is getting very frustrating for me. CC: @johamilton @Diamond_Lim @teeweiping.

Hi @Deal_One I didn't receive your tag of this one. I'm currently also don't have any solution right now. You said that you have video to prove that you didn't receive the rewards from multiple events. Probably you need to upload to Youtube and post the link here to let us check it out. This is just my suggestion, you can choose to not to do so. 🤗

If you have reached out to our Player Support team, and they've confirmed that your rewards have been received accordingly, I'm afraid that there is nothing else we're able to do here.
Our Player Support team has all of the necessary tools to check inquiries like this one and if they've confirmed that your rewards have been received accordingly, then those indeed were.

@Colorbomb_Collector I know this may be policy but i did not receive my items from 3 different events. I have the screenshots to prove it against their receipt. Only one of the items were paid for. Can the Community Manager help me out or somebody high up in the ranks.
