I completed all of this weeks levels this morning and haven't been able to lay since because it says COMING SOON and I only needed to pass 1 more level to finish the daily achievements WHEN WILL THE STAR TOURNAMENT START

I still can't play and I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app now I lost all of my levels in bubble gum buddies

I understand your concern regarding the Star Tournament so you can complete your last Daily Task.
I would advise you to check your game a bit later in the day to check if it has started. Based on your screenshot, you have more than 20 hours left to complete it, you can give the event some time to start.
