Please help with champion levels after finishing the main stages, as I'm unable to progress in Solitaire Grand Price & other quests. This issue started occurring last week.

Did you report the issue through the Help Center in your game?

Our Community In-charge also escalated this to the Studio team as we have received multiple complaints after the issue was supposed to be fixed!

I am experiencing the same issue. I’ve tried every fix that the help team suggests and nothing works. At this point I don’t think they are even trying to fix the issue since it happens every week.

Hi my friend sorry to hear this it can sometimes an issue within the game.
Please try the following lets see if it helps 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
