At the moment the game does not have the option to use your Facebook account to save your progress.
When you begin, the gameplay progress you make is only saved into the memory of your device, which can be lost if it's not backed up. This is why we recommend you save your game by creating a King account:

Why do we have to wait 4 hours in between games?
I was on a team called Ulrecht and it seems like I am not longer part of it 😥. Trying to join another one and keep getting "oops" message.
I’m at level 2988. I was forced into opting for an 8x multiplier without an option to decline. I waited out the fire event, thinking it would reset the multiplier before reaching out. The fire event has ended. There is no way to turn off this very expensive multiplier. It didn’t even start at 2x, it jumped right to 8x. It…
I am playing level 2632 but cannot finish it because the game will not remove the chocolate on top of the remaining cards, even though I collected a card with a heart on it. This has happened 3 times.
