No shop or account login

Hi, I am able to play the game as I've reached level 122, but I am not able to log in using my king account (says wrong username password combination even though these are the right details). Also I am trying to purchase the piggy bank coins but every time I click it says transaction canceled?

Have you tried to login with your email and tap "Forgot password" and change the password?

We noticed a problem with the sign in and below is a comment from our CM. 💕

Thanks for reaching out! We’ve reported this issue to the studio, and they are currently investigating it. I know it’s frustrating not being able to log in and sync your progress, but rest assured, the team is looking into it.

In the meantime, I recommend keeping an eye out for updates in the game, as the studio will work on a fix. You can also continue playing on your current device while we wait for a resolution.

We appreciate your patience, and I’ll update you as soon as we hear more.
