Game is freezing after every level.

My game is freezing after every level I beat and the only way to fix it is to restart the game completely i have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times on different devices and the same thing still happens. Picture is included of where freeze occurs. As you can see a pop up saying a new event has started keeps popping up and then it freezes the game.

How do I make sure I am using the most updated version of the game? Please be aware I am very limited in my computer literacy. I'm not really knowledgeable on how to do things on my phone. I know I probably sound like an idiot but I'm really not. 😕

Hi @Sliph , I am sorry you are having the problem with freezing. We are aware of the freezing problem, but it usually starts when using boosters. Out Team is working hard to get it fixed. At that time we will post that it has been fixed and please update your device.

Please try to not uninstall the app, You could loose all of your well earned boosters. If you want to do a soft reset, then you can log out of your game. Turn your device off and let it set about 10 seconds.

Then turn your device back on and log back in with your email and password. 🤗
