A concern with the lucky shuffle bonus bank?

I activated the premium pass and have completed it. At this point it should deposit 4,000 coins into the bonus bank each time the bar is filled. It will do that and the bank shows 4,000 coins until the bar is filled again. Instead of adding to it and the new total should be 8,000 coins it reverts back to 0. It’s done this several times. My bank should have at least 16,000 coins but it’s showing 0 again.

Hi @qtrmoon and a warm welcome to the Candy Crush Solitaire community. Congratulations on completing the Lucky Shuffle and being able to collect the Premium pass.

Usually I would forward this problem to our CM, but once you let Players Support know that the bank goes back to zero and the gold is not being collected, they will automatically pass that along to our team.

You will need to give them your King ID #. If you do not know how to do that, here are the steps

Go to the wheel on the bottom left corner

Tap that and it will open and tap on "My Account"

At the very top you will see King in yellow ~ tap twice on that and you will see your King ID
