Bonus bank Issues keeps resetting to 0 - Edited by CM: Under Investigation!

I completed the pass and should have collected quite a few coins in my bonus bank but it keeps resetting to 0. I might fill the bar a bit for another addition to the bonus, and then came back to it later and find I'm back to 0. Even when I successfully completed the 7 levels to add 4000, the bank itself also resets to 0.

I have the same issue as well. The bonus bank always resets back to 0

I did all this and it didn't help. You can see in these two pictures the difference of a minute where my bonus bank reset to zero. It is the same after doing the reset etc. My bonus bank is still empty and I know I have passed enough levels to have at least 12k in there.

There has been a recent update on the game, and doing a soft reset will probably take your troubles away.

Could you please try to follow the steps below?

Restart your game and device, log out from your game (Do Not delete the app) let your device sit for about 10 seconds.
Log back in with your email and password
Check if there are any updates for your game and device
Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache

If you spend any money on the Season Pass, please use the following link for Players Support.
