The game is Glitching

it’s not giving me my coins every 3 or 4 hours it’s letting me collect them but they are going into my coin amount

The Gold arrives every 4 hours. I set a timer in my phone so I can be sure I do not miss any of our precious free Gold.

You tap on the Gold, yet it does not show in your total net?

Could you please try to follow the steps below?

Let's do a soft reset. Log out of your game (Do Not delete your app). Turn off your device and let it sit for about 10 seconds. Turn your device back on and then log back in with your email and password.
Check if there are any updates for your game and device
Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache
