Reward Game Pass not received - Edited by CM:Under investigation!

Hi, does anyone have more information on how to activate the Game Pass reward? I activated the QR code that appears on my screen, but it only takes me to the iOS store. I should clarify that I already have the game installed and I'm level 640.

Are you by chance talking about the QR for the Pre-registration? If so, that had to be done by February 5th before the game launched. I am sorry but, at this point in time, it is not available any more.

Thanks for your message! I checked in with the team, and it looks like the best way to successfully claim the Sweet Starter Pack is to do it through the Xbox app on your mobile phone.
That should trigger the reward properly, as scanning the QR code directly can sometimes just redirect to the app store without applying the pack.
Give that a try, and let us know if it works for you! π

Hi, the exact same thing is happening to me. I log into the Xbox app, then click on the link to claim the prize and I end up in the iOS store.

Bumping this as well! Happy to see a King game getting a perk on Game Pass. Had same issues - scanning QR sends to App Store, clicking play to open the app from the page doesn't do anything, and using the Xbox app also redirects to the App Store.
Obviously a long term investment, but if this going to be a recurring perk, perhaps Xbox/King should finally bite the bullet and integrate Xbox Live to their games.

hi I am a new player and have the same issue mentioned, I tried via the QR code and then via the Xbox app and both just circle back to the App Store like everyone else.
