I purchased an item that was supposed to cost 14,000 KRW, but I was charged 28,000 KRW instead. Could you please check and resolve this issue?

You will need to give them your King ID#. If you do not know how to do that, here are the instructions.
Open on your game and on the bottom left corner tap on the cog wheel
Then tap on My Account
You will see a yellow King logo ~ tap twice on that and you will then see the King ID#
