I filled the first box as soon as the Gift Box event started, but why did I lost the progress? King, were you jealous of my fast progress? Revert it back quickly, and give a reward of the first box for free.
Hi, I am sorry this happened to you. There could be many reasons why one would loose progress in a game. The biggest problem would be a blip in the wifi. I know, at this point, that does not matter how it happened, but that it did happen.
If you will just do a soft rest on your game, it just might fix it.
Log out of your game, then turn your device off and let it set for 10 seconds.
Turn your device back on and log back in with your email and password.
Also please check for any updates on your phone or the Solitaire app.
