Screen was frozen.

I just loaded into a game and bought the candy booster but the screen froze. Did I lose money? I know I lost the booster and the fee to play. How can I get it back?

Hi and a warm welcome to the Solitaire community. So sorry that happened to you. I know that is frustrating.

As far as the money goes, you would have to check you credit card to see if the charge went thru. If it didn't then you are ok.

If it did you need to get in tough with Players Support and they can help you out with the charges or get your boosters loaded into your game.
