I don’t want to play in star tournament, would rather just continue playing normal levels, but no option to do this, I’m finding the levels in star tournament frustrating as you can go through half the pack before you have removed a card.

Hi Onji, it is totally up to you. If you are not enjoying it then don't play. You will still get all of your gold every 4 hours and you daily prizes and spin the wheel.
The Star tournament is there if you wish to join in. When new levels come out, you then can play those. I just got Postcard 29. Did you?

I don't like it either, it's the same levels over and over and they're apparently made to waste coins. I lost count how many times I replayed lvl 30, guess I'm doing something else for three days then.
Hi and welcome to the Solitaire community. You evidently are at the end of the levels. We get new levels every week. Once you go thru those then you go back to the Star Tournament. You don't have to play the Star Tournament if you don't want. You can just keep collecting gold every 4 hours and build that up while you are waiting for new levels.
It is just there to give other time to keep playing and maybe win some prizes while you wait for new levels. Also why don't you join in on the contests. Would love to see you join in. 🤗
