I was able to play the new dice roll event for a while but now upon entering it the screen has no options and the game has to be force-closed, anyone else having this issue?

We’ve recently released a new game version and are gradually rolling out the fix to all players. It might take a little time for the fix to reach your game, but in the meantime, please make sure you’ve updated to the latest version: 1.11.128.

With the latest update it no longer allows you to play the function.
I found out that the event actually is still functioning and the buttons are there, but they are bugged and don't display. Same thing as all the rewards, they don't display anything. Definitely needs to be fixed
Try pressing around where the 's' is on the Passport and that's where the roll button is, and the X to exit is somewhere in the top right corner.
Also having same issues, tips above did not work. Issue persists after closing and restarting. Able to play other aspects fine. Using a Pixel phone.

Would you be so kind as to confirm the device you are using and also the game version you have installed? You can search for it in your device's app store to know that version.
Does the feature remain this way all the time and unable to play or after restarting it works?

I am sorry to hear you are facing this technical issue with the Roll around the word feature.
We usually recommend these steps to correct any issues:
*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
*Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
