Hi @jillybean502 I'm sorry you didn't receive any rewards again. Here in the community, we can't refund missed rewards; we don't have the resources to do so.
Please contact support directly from your game. Go to Settings (the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the game) and then the question mark. At the very top under Highlights, you'll find the menu item "Investigation in progress...". Tap there and scroll all the way down to the Contact button. Use this button to describe your problem.
You'll first receive an automatic reply, and then you can respond yourself, for example, by adding screenshots.
The support staff are very friendly and helpful.
I updates the game and still haven’t received my weekly winnings.

i am on ios and updated the game and still haven’t received my rewards, its the second time now.
I will wait for few days if i dont get compensated for 2 weeks then i will delete the game.
I'm on Android and haven't had any update
I updated mine and did not receive anything.
I’m on an Apple, still nothing. Let’s just hope that going forward this bug has been fixed 🤞🏼

I'm sorry you didn't receive your rewards for the weekly challenge. There was an update to version 1.13.49 yesterday. Have you installed this update yet? I did it yesterday and was able to collect my rewards today. I'm playing on an Android device, and you?
There is a lot wrong with this game, if you report it they won't fix it, don't give any money to this game
Hi @Doh71 @cdjebk what device are you playing on? I'm playing on an Android device, and the new update worked for me. I received my current rewards (not those from previous weeks). If you're playing on an Apple device, the update might not be successful until tomorrow. I'm sorry about that.
this is ridiculous. The app has been up to date and this is week 2 no rewards😡

Can you please check if your app has been updated to version 1.13.49?
I did it manually yesterday and received my rewards for the weekly challenge an hour ago. I didn't receive the reward the previous two weeks because the previous version contained this bug.
my app updates automatically and this is the 2nd weekly challenge where I haven’t received my winnings🤷🏼♀️

There was a fix yesterday. Please check your store to see if you can update your game to version 1.13.49. Run this update. You should then receive your weekly challenge rewards again in the future.
