I don't know how we can know. This is why a team game chat would really help. Some of the unknown players don't play very often. With a team chat we could encourage playing and assist if they are unsure how to play

The first icon must be green for the bookmark to be activated. You'll then receive a notification whenever someone comments and can check it out. I currently only have one level left until I've completed all the levels in CCSOL. I'll finish it on Sunday so I can participate in the team event.
