I get a message saying the game won't start.

Hi and welcome to the Solitaire community. I am so sorry this is happening.

Have you tried shutting logging out of your game and shutting off your phone to reset it. Then log back in with your email and passwork?

If that does not work, you can delete your app and download it again. You will not loose anything your levels or gold.

Also be sure that your game is updated. 🤗
