Hello, Candy Crush Solitaire is freezing on the loading screen and won’t launch on my iPhone Air running iOS 26. The game was working perfectly before on my iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 18. I have already tried: * uninstalling and reinstalling the app, * restarting the device, * testing with and without VPN, * testing with and without network connection. None of these actions solved the issue. Could you please provide a real fix or escalate this to your technical team? Thank you in advance for your support.

Candy Crush Solitaire doesn’t start on iPhone Air (iOS 26)

Hello,

Candy Crush Solitaire is freezing on the loading screen and won’t launch on my iPhone Air running iOS 26. The game was working perfectly before on my iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 18.

I have already tried:

uninstalling and reinstalling the app,
restarting the device,
testing with and without VPN,
testing with and without network connection.

None of these actions solved the issue. Could you please provide a real fix or escalate this to your technical team?

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the problem is still not resolved — Candy Crush Solitaire continues to freeze on the loading screen on my iPhone Air (iOS 26).

I understand this issue has been reported by other players as well, but since it has now been ongoing for several days without improvement, could you please provide an update from your CM or the technical team?

I would appreciate clear information on when a fix can be expected, as the game remains completely unplayable at this point.

I have notified my CM regarding this problem. It seems as though this problem started this weekend.
