Explain to them what has happened to your game, as this is important for them to pass on to the Studio, for technical issues to be addressed.
It might not seem very helpful to start, but try and tell them. Post screenshots to explain, like the one above.
They do need this sort of feedback. It is a great game. I wouldn't like to think that these technical issues spoil a players feelings.
I have completed the 50 new levels and 70 levels in the star tournament since yesterday and here's a screenshot of it back to 0

Hi @cariek and @Gray2003 I have also had issues with the Bubblegum buddies Team event, along with "Roll around the World" and other events, please contact player support here
They will tell you a number of trouble-shooting solutions which you should try first.
Please save screenshots of what has happened in your game as it is important for you and it also helps the Studio fix these technical issues.

My device is up to date. The counter went back to Zero over twenty times today.
I am on level 515
Every time I access the game and win one I can claim the prize.
