Thanks for your reply. I had the same message happen this morning again. I had even participated in one level and had my name on the board that showed how many bubblegum levels each member had played I exited the game and logged back on after making sure I was connected to internet.
After logging back in things went smoothly

Hi @Nena1234 @sabledo85 I played a couple of levels yesterday while I was away and was at Round 106 in the Star Tournament.
When I got home today, I played on my phone and was on Round 121.
When collecting coins my tablet didn't show this progress.
When I opened my phone again several things where reset and my level went back to 106.
I am certainly far from techie, however my personal feeling is that it is a sync glitch/bug.
I had this last week. I am not playing anymore until my new levels are released tomorrow, this seemed to clear this problem for me.
Re-playing levels cost me more than the first time I played them so I am avoiding this.
Did you check your spam folders or junk? Sometimes mails from unfamiliar contacts go there. If yet you can't find any reply, I suggest you to write to them again. Same goes for you too @sabledo85
J'ai également contacté le support car j'ai perdu un bon nombre de cartes puisque le jeu m'a ramené à un ancien niveau, il ne m'a pas répondu non plus

This is the method taught by Ina, please give it a try.
I uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it, and now it works fine again.
I am having the same issue again like last week. Cleared the new levels and now no tournament again. Contacted support and got no reply I know some people had the same issue last week but haven’t seen anything saying how to fix it .
Does anyone have the same experience?

Do the rest of the rebel 12 teammates have the bubble gum event? It just showed up in my game but I got a message that I can't participate in the team event unless I join a team. Then it showed the team event with a lock on it and then the message said I can participate in the next team event. …?

Hi @Nena1234 I'm not at the end of the map so I can't really answer your question. But I suggest you always leave one or two levels unplayed so that whenever the team event pops up, you can participate and earn all of the booster prizes

Cleared the 50 new levels on Friday and can’t play the tournament, it says new levels coming soon. I know that other players had the same issues, but didn’t see anything resolved .
I am just wondering if other players on the team has the same issues !
