This is the method taught by Ina, please give it a try.
I uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it, and now it works fine again.
I am having the same issue again like last week. Cleared the new levels and now no tournament again. Contacted support and got no reply I know some people had the same issue last week but haven’t seen anything saying how to fix it .
Does anyone have the same experience?

Are you free to attend the team activities on Tuesday? If so, it is likely that your teammates have already completed their team activities, so you are unable to join. I am very sorry about this.

Do the rest of the rebel 12 teammates have the bubble gum event? It just showed up in my game but I got a message that I can't participate in the team event unless I join a team. Then it showed the team event with a lock on it and then the message said I can participate in the next team event. …?

Hi @Nena1234 I'm not at the end of the map so I can't really answer your question. But I suggest you always leave one or two levels unplayed so that whenever the team event pops up, you can participate and earn all of the booster prizes

Cleared the 50 new levels on Friday and can’t play the tournament, it says new levels coming soon. I know that other players had the same issues, but didn’t see anything resolved .

I did have a notification for the Level Rush yesterday, yet the event was not showing in the Events. . I did play 15 levels yesterday, and this morning I did receive 2 prizes

In the sticker packs it say "new stickers guaranteed in these packs" but it's not giving me any new stickers. This has happened at least twice but probably more times before I noticed.
