Can't log in to solitaire

Help, I got a new phone and I can't log into my candy crush solitaire, I don't get the option to sign in with Facebook, it's asks for my email and password but it says it's wrong! It isn't because I've used it to log into this community! I need to get back my progress

Hi there, could you please try the below steps to try to correct:

*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

*Clear Cache:

🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

If it persists, please try reinstalling the game.

Since yesterday, I have been unable to play Solitaire! I get a screen that says “Look! Your profile is now available!” I can’t seem to get past this screen. I have tried many different things, including turning off my device completely.

Hi Marie, and welcome to the Community!

At the moment you can only login using your King account. Having login in the Community should not affect your game login but I would suggest that you try the option of resetting your password from within the game since the combination is not working.
