App is stuck since yesterday. I can’t click out of the announcement “Look! Your profile is now available!”

*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
*Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

hi the game is frozen and when i go in and out of the game it continues to take my coins but still stuck on the same card screen with the hand sticky card attached how do i reset and is it a way to get my coins back

I wast 40% of July coins hitting that stupid button because of my fingers size. I’m over it i wait aged to play again and lose turns. Why can’t it have a confirmation prompt or just feck it right off altogether.
In the sticker packs it say "new stickers guaranteed in these packs" but it's not giving me any new stickers. This has happened at least twice but probably more times before I noticed.
