“Coming Soon” Glitch

hi, this is the second time this has happened - the new levels are uploaded on a Monday and I complete them all by the end of the day and the game can only tell me new levels are coming soon, rather than automatically putting me in the star tournament. I’ve updated the game, closed it, etc but no luck. I’ve just spent money on the season pass, so basically wasted £5 if I can’t play for the rest of the week.

Hi, thanks for the reply. So basically you’re saying I’ve wasted my money on the weekly pass because I should have known the Star Tournament is hit-and-miss? I’m not the only one complaining about this, it seems weird to not have a fall back when levels run out.

I'm sorry to hear the Star Tournament doesn't always appear for you.

Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.

However, events and features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.

Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:

01- Play one level

02- Close the app and restart your device

03- Check that you have a stable connection

Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the feature will return, and we are unable to add the feature back manually.

If these steps don't help it means the feature isn't available right now. Have a great day.

how come any prize or coins I win from the Yeti climb has not been given for the past three days now? You take away the running coin count to earn and make us wait four hours, but don’t give us the rewards we win when doing the side quest.

In the past the star tournament always automatically entered me when I finished the levels, but now it isn't.
