I am so sorry that happened. That is really a hard question to your answer. It could have been that you purchased something like a deck, a booster and booseter package.
Can you give us any more information to try and help you out? 💕
I've also had a lot of issues with the most recent version of the game. It freezes after watching ads and then continually shuts down. Is it just me or is anyone else having this issue?

I agree. Given it costs me 6450 coins to play a game, it's made it very difficult. I get that you can access the coins as they accumulate but it's really frustrating to only earn so few coins particularly if you've not had a chance to access the game during a long period. Not happy with this change.
I’m experiencing the same thing. Although the timer for free coins have been reduced from 4 hours to 3, reducing the free coins to 13,000 from 19,000 is an awful change, if intended.
