Hello, I have downloaded the app and leveled to 50++ but I don't see anything related to care bears content apart from collecting the cards. Things like filling the care o meter can't be found. Please advise here. Thank you

If you have an Apple device and all you have to do is go to your App store, tap on your icon, the Apps, and go down to Candy Crush Solitaire and it will show if you need an update.
The similar thing applies to an Android device, go to your play store, tap on your icon top right of screen, go to Apps and it it will show you what Apps need updating. I usually update all of them.
You can always try doing a soft reset by logging out of your game. Close your device and let it sit about 10 seconds, the turn your device back on and log back in to your game with your email and password.

I also don't have the Care-O-Meter at the moment, but I think that may arrive at some point.
