Can you PLEASE change the coin bank BACK to 19000??!! Why did it go DOWN anyway??? I thought the pount was to add MORE coins to the bank as you go higher in levels? I'm on level 2269 & getting less coins than I was before!

Hello everyone! 👋 I see the coin topic has sparked quite a bit of discussion. I wanted to let you know that this is not a bug, but rather part of an ongoing experiment, so there’s nothing you need to troubleshoot on your side.
If you’ve noticed changes in the number of coins or the timer, please don’t worry. This behavior is expected for players included in the test.
I had the same issue, nothing will be resolved even via support as you can see, I did too reached out to them and this is their reply:
Thank you so much for your response. Since we have already gone thru all of the things, that could hopefully clear it up, I am suggesting that you contact Players Support and let them see what is going on with your gold.

You will need to give them your King ID. If you do not know how to locate your ID, here are the steps.
Lower left corner tap on your wheel
Then tap on My account
You will see at the top a yellow KING icon, double tap on that and it will show you your King ID #.

Hi! Yes, I was receiving 19k for some time now, but for the past 2 weeks or so, I'm only getting 13,100 after the 4 hours. I did all of the steps mentioned above & it's still the same.

Can you give me a little bit more information please. You were receiving 19,000 every 4 hours. What are you receiving now?
Could you please try the below steps to try to correct:
*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
